Effective July 30, 2026
When you submit a material brief, the service may receive your name, business email, phone number, organization and message. Basic technical logs may include browser type, time, requested page and security events. Do not submit confidential project files, payment data, health information or information you are not authorized to provide.
Contact details and message content are used to respond to the independent editorial inquiry, understand common material-selection questions, maintain security and improve page clarity. Information is not used to represent you to Spradling, place an order, reserve stock, request samples or establish an authorized distribution relationship.
Limited information may be processed by hosting, security, email or analytics providers acting under applicable agreements. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and system security, or in connection with a legitimate transfer of the service. We do not claim that submitting this form sends information to Spradling Group or Spradling International, Inc.
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for response, recordkeeping, security and legal obligations. Administrative, technical and organizational safeguards reduce risk, but no network transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your inquiry, subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions. You may also decline optional analytics through browser controls where available. Requests can be sent through the contact page.
This business-reference service is not directed to children. Links to official or third-party websites are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices. Review their notices before submitting information or arranging a commercial transaction.
Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date. Continued use after publication means the updated policy applies to later interactions.
